Quick Start Guide to DialerAI Video

We have created a short video to accompany the Quick Start Guide at https://dialer.ai/docs/user-guide/quickstart.html, which is where we recommend all our new customers start.

It takes you through the basics of uploading audio, creating a simple survey, adding a phonebook and your own number to call, then takes you through creating a campaign so you test the system for the first time.

What you’ll do in the video

• Upload audio. Add a pre-recorded message, or use text-to-speech if you don’t have a recording ready yet — handy for testing a survey before your voice talent records the final version.
• Build a simple survey. Lay out the call flow with nodes for playing audio, offering multiple-choice options and hanging up. This is the same survey builder used for phone surveys and polling.
• Add a phonebook. Upload the numbers you want to call, and set your own number as the one to call first so you can hear exactly what your contacts will hear.
• Create and run a campaign. Point the campaign at your survey and phonebook, then start it — the last step before your first real test call.

Every new customer gets a DialerAI system with their VoIP carrier already set up and tested, along with training, so by the time you’re following along with this video you already have a working system to practice on rather than a blank install.
