Voice Broadcasting Solution with your own carrier

DialerAI is now in production with a number of our customers. The main enhancement is an increase in capacity: one DialerAI system can now handle 10,000 concurrent calls, running 10,000 concurrent calls with the DialerAI platform is now possible on a single system, although smaller single-server systems are available for teams that don’t need that scale. To achieve this capacity, we’ve optimized a number of areas for better performance.

Those who are used to our previous Newfies-Dialer platform may be surprised at the changes and improvements in DialerAI — we’ve introduced features such as billing and time zone support that weren’t part of the original project.

Some features of DialerAI Voice Broadcasting Solution

  • Bring your own VoIP Provider — choose and negotiate your own carrier rather than being locked into ours; we can also make introductions if you don’t have one yet.
  • Voicemail Detection — automatically tell whether a call was answered by a person or a machine, and react differently (play a message, hang up, or leave a callback number).
  • Personalised Messages — insert a contact’s name or other details into the voice message using text-to-speech, rather than playing the same recording to everyone.
  • Live Transfers — connect an interested contact straight through to a live agent mid-call.
  • Contact Management — upload, tag and track contacts and their call history from within the platform.
  • Multi-Tenant — run separate, isolated accounts for different clients or departments from one DialerAI install.
  • DNC (Do Not Call) List — numbers on the list are automatically skipped, keeping every campaign compliant without manual checking.
  • Auto-redial — automatically retry numbers that didn’t answer, on a schedule you control, instead of manually re-uploading a list of no-answers.
  • Multiple Caller ID — rotate between several outbound numbers, useful for matching the area code of the contact being called.
